Faith, Family, and Service

I’m a longtime member of the Nixa community. My husband, Jack, and I share five children, including two Nixa High School graduates. As a small business owner, I have given time to the community by serving hospice, women's shelters, and my church. I’ve knocked doors for multiple candidates over the years, meeting voters and building grassroots support. I have served as committeewoman on the Christian County Republican Central Committee, committeewoman for the State GOP, and chair of the 7th Congressional District Republican Committee. I am, also, a co-founder of the Missouri Republican Education Forum (MORE).

As someone who values entrepreneurship and hard work, I understand that small businesses aren't just economic engines — they're the heart and soul of our communities. My commitment to free enterprise and limited government guides me in my unwavering support for the hardworking entrepreneurs who drive innovation, create jobs, and strengthen the fabric of Christian County.

I firmly believe that entrepreneurs should spend their time growing their businesses and serving their customers, not drowning in paperwork and compliance burdens. The REINS Act is commonsense reform that protects our job creators from bureaucratic overreach and gives them the freedom they need to succeed.

I will remain dedicated to policies that unleash the potential of Christian County's small businesses - because when they thrive, we all thrive.

Our brave law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and other first responders put their lives on the line every day to protect our families and communities. As crime and emergencies continue to challenge southwest Missouri and our state, their work is more important than ever. I strongly support state and local law enforcement and all first responders in the lifesaving work they do and oppose any effort to defund the police. I will partner with law enforcement to combat human trafficking and other heinous crimes.

As a woman and a mother, I understand the precious gift that every life represents. My faith and values guide me in my unwavering commitment to protecting the most vulnerable among us — from the unborn child to our elderly loved ones.

This commitment isn't just words — it's action. I've put my beliefs into practice by organizing and funding a pro-life event in 2023, community outreach, and actively working to oppose the “old” Amendment 3 in 2024.

I firmly oppose euthanasia, physician-assisted suicide, human cloning, and embryonic research practices that exploit human life. I believe every infant born alive deserves comprehensive medical care regardless of circumstances, and I support penalties on mail-order abortion drugs that put women at risk.

I will remain dedicated to advocating for policies that protect and value human life at every stage.

As a woman and a Missouri conservative, I understand that the Second Amendment isn't just about guns — it's about freedom itself. My values of personal responsibility and self-reliance guide me in my unwavering commitment to defending this fundamental right that secures all our other constitutional protections.

This isn't just constitutional theory — it's personal reality. In today's world, I believe every law-abiding citizen deserves the right to protect themselves, their families, and their liberty without government interference, registration, or burdensome restrictions. The Founders understood what many politicians today have forgotten: an armed and responsible citizenry is our strongest defense against those who would do us harm.

I fully support Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA).

I support enhanced training for nursing home staff to reduce fall risk, expanded services and home modification programs to help seniors age in place safely, and community based supports for older Missourians who don’t have family nearby—so every senior can live with dignity, safety, and independence. We must invest in workforce development to train more CNAs, home health aides, and nurses with geriatric expertise, and hold nursing homes accountable for abuse and neglect.

Christian County has some of Missouri’s best public schools because parents — not government bureaucrats — make the decisions. I support promoting life skills through proven programs like LifeSmarts (personal finance, consumer responsibility, technology, and health & safety) and expanding vocational training in high-demand fields such as skilled trades, health sciences, and technology. I believe in strong, local public schools that put kids first, with commonsense accountability, transparent curriculum review, and policies ensuring students master the basics—reading, math, civics, and critical-thinking in safe learning environments, and I also support parents who choose to homeschool because a parent knows best for their child.

Missouri must live within its means and keep the state budget under control. I support fiscally responsible budgeting, stronger fraud detection and recovery measures, and clear transparency so taxpayers know how dollars are spent. State agencies should be accountable for waste and misconduct, with real consequences for mismanagement, while prioritizing core services and protecting taxpayers from unnecessary spending.

Missouri's farmers and ranchers are the backbone of our state's economy and the heart of our rural communities. I have a nephew who is a Missouri farmer, so I've seen firsthand the hard work and unwavering dedication that goes into feeding our families and fueling our prosperity.

These men and women aren't just economic contributors — they're the living embodiment of the Heartland values that make our state great.

I will be an advocate for our Christian County Agri-Ready community and the farmers who are the lifeblood of our rural way of life. Their success isn't just an economic imperative — it's fundamental to preserving the traditions that have shaped our shared identity for generations.

Our farmers aren't just our past — they're our future. And I'll always fight to ensure they have the support and freedom they need to keep Missouri growing strong.
